Unfortunately they won't ever be ported to western countries, and I even doubt there will be more release on the Chinese Shield as they now have the Nintendo Switch officially released. You probably could manage to get them by installing the Chinese android ROM on your Shield, using a VPN to get to their store and purchase the game from there, but your Shield would be located in China, your games in Chinese (there's no other language on those official releases). I don't hav any of those games nativelly on my Shield, it's impossible to get them on any other version than the chinese one of the Shield. It'll remove some of the interest of it, but at least it won't look I highly doubt you'll ever see this, but you're on the Dolphin emulator forum, therefore this texture pack is actually meant to be use on the said emulator. If you encounter it, I suggest you delete the folder StrapLoader of the pack.
